It was clean and had plenty of beds and bedding
An explanation on how the water worked would have been helpful. Maybe in the welcome book. It took me a while to figure out how the water turned off and on and how you can only have one thing going at once with the well system.

Xavier was amazing from the beginning of booking to the end. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our family. There were many amenities which made our stay enjoyable and convenient. The beds are so comfortable and everyone loved the property and location. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

The key code is sent thru messenger in booking not thru email so it took a bit to figure that out. The place and location for us was great, the 4th bedroom has a separate exterior entrance so it took a few minutes to figure that out. Would recommend this place and would stay again if we had the opportunity. It was central to all the locations we wanted to visit.
The master bedroom gets extremely warm, even hot, while trying to warm of the rest of the house.

Xavier's villa was very comfortable, spacious and relaxing. We loved the fire pit in the evenings and coffee out on the patio in the mornings! We specifically enjoyed the hot tub and the huge kitchen for cooking meals!
We had a large group, and could have used some extra kitchen utensils like silverware and some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Bigger coffee cups!! :)
