La ubicación. Muy cerca a pie de todo el centro histórico y con medios de transporte a muy pocos metros para poder ir a otros lugares fuera de al ciudad. Mi apartamento tenía más de lo esperado para largas estancias. He vivido en otras residencias de estudiantes, como profesora y estudiante universitaria al mismo tiempo en España, que no tenían utensilios para concinar, como los tiene esta. Además, las dimensiones de la habitación apartamento y la uliminacion, temperatura, etc. son mucho más grandes y mejores que en España, a pesar de que en la que estuve en España era nueva. También me gustó mucho el silencio y el respeto y la normas de convivencia, las cuales tampoco se respetan en España. Muy recomendable si necesitas tranquilidad.
El colchón de la cama estaba para cambiar. La cama era muy grande, lo cual es genial, pero el colchón estaba muy viejo y los muelles se notaban demasiado en el cuerpo. Creo que deben renovarlos más a menudo. Es cuestión de salud para todos.

A comfortable, clean place to stay near the main station. Has a convenient kitchen and has heating which can be useful considering Scottish weather.
We had a really unpleasant situation in which 2 days before our stay we were informed via Booking messages that our reservation is being processed for cancellation supposedly because we didn’t fill out the forms they sent us. We filled them out way in advance and a day before the deadline I checked if everything has been done as requested (which it has). We tried replying to the message, explained our side of the situation, asked for an email address to which we could send proof that the forms had been filled out and even called. Imagine how stressed were we when the phone call didn’t go through because „the number doesn’t exist”. We have contacted booking.com as well but till a day before we didn’t know if we had anywhere to stay. A day before we got instructions on how to check in but no explanation or answer to our messages. There is no way to get through to this facility in such a situation. Never got any reasoning or apologies for this matter. Even though the stay itself was good which I stated in the positives the situation was horrible and left us with a bitter aftertaste.
