Great location, really handy for Queen street station and quality cafes right next door, Efes and Sorriso to name but 2.
Luca was a good host, responding promptly to any questions.
Strong wifi, smart tv and a comfy 3 seater couch.
Quiet neighbours, didn't hear a thing all weekend.
Clean and comfy bed, linen etc was very clean.
1st floor flat through 2 very secure doors made it feel safe.
The whole flat could do with a deep clean, especially the bathroom. i'm used to roughing it, but the shower was pretty minging - mouldy grout, god knows what on the shower head oh and a very shoogly toilet. If it's an agency getting paid to clean this place, Luca, you should get your money back. However, if it's you Luca, get your finger out mate !
All the glasses and crockery needed a clean before we used them. Greasy fingerprints all over the glasses and stained crockery that cleaned up when washed properly.
Would benefit from black out curtains instead of the lightweight white ones in the bedroom, even by Glasgow standards its pretty bright in the morning.
Needs more comfy seating in the living room, the couch is nice, but that only sits 2 comfortably. Get a couple of armchairs in there.
The sash windows need repaired. They'll open, but only with brute force.
All in all, more to like than dislike. If the general cleanliness and the bathroom/shower were fixed up it'd be a 9.5 out of 10.

Location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The building is easy to find, the place is tidy. Price is great too. There's some negative reviews about the bathroom but honestly it felt like staying round a mate's house and an imperfect bathroom is hardly the worst thing in the world.
The place is LOUD! As the windows aren't double glazed and there's taxis going by the window all night, it's really hard to sleep if you prefer a quiet spot for sleeping. If you've earplugs it's not so bad but definitely something that's hard to tell in advance :)

The security on the building was great meant that it stayed clean from people hanging around.
Comfortable bed and very little noise from the bars on the street at night.
Would preferred a designated bin for the rubbish as seemed to be a free for all.

Handy location for the centre. Close to stations, shops bars etc
Overall it is need of updating and deep clean. Bathroom had no toilet roll holder, plug for the sink, shower head permanently low as broken. Mold everywhere in shower. Nowhere to hang your towels. Kitchen surfaces felt sticky. Unable to use microwave as top button was broken off and left on top of it. Part of the flooring in bedroom sinks lower causing trip hazard. Long response times to messages.
