Room: clean and nicely updated. Complimentary bottle water, coffee & tea, in room. Micro fridge was cold a/c was cold. Bathroom: complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup mirror & motion sensor night light in bath area. Bed: bed was good, pillows were soft and firm to sleep on. Things that need improvement: Black out curtains didn’t close all the way so I got the lovely sunshine early in the morning. Toilet was small , low flush power, shower low water pressure and my last morning there shower water was cool/ med lo low hot. Throughout hotel I noticed smudges on the wall way walls, base boards doors, smudges on elevator walls elevator windows etc. Memphis Hilton can use a property cleaning person just for these all day jobs. They can do better. Landscaping needs to be redone. Saw a lot of dead bushes, tree stumps dead & it need pine straw through out.
Parking lot: You pay for Parking $13.00 a day. Well the parking lot is awful, a lot of pot holes, uneven pavement.
Breakfast: You pay $19.95. Not worth it at all. Go out for breakfast.
