Great location. While a few hotels are in the neighborhood you are tucked back slightly in with residential. Great location though!
The hotel location is a nice break from the busy streets. There is still quite a bit of street noise from construction, garbage/recycle collections, honking, and people. All to be expected in a city.
Our AC in the room didn’t work but the staff helped to quickly get us a portable AC. It was the hottest day of the year yet for Amsterdam so we appreciated it.
Breakfast was a lovely buffet. However they like to clean the plates and cups up once it ends. I was enjoying the coffee sitting at the table and the lady tried to take my mug and advised breakfast was over. That was the only negative experience I had there.

The breakfast menu was decent, but the same every day. We would have gotten sick of it if we stayed longer than a week. The staff was friendly and helpful
