Staff were nice. Property is dated and rooms are okay. Plenty of parking while I was there. The restaurant on property, Black Olive, is not part of the hotel. Food not as good as when I was there around a year ago.
Overall my stay was good. I will be back.

We travel with a pet, so you never know what to expect in a room, but our unit was clean with absolutely no odor from previous pets. There were a few repairs needed but minor things like patching ceiling post previous water damage. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer but would probably been given one had I bothered to ask. Beds were comfortable and price was very reasonable even with $25 pet fee. Would stay again.

We stayed here based on price and location. We were extremely pleased with this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean,quiet, and dark at night. The only minor issue ( and I hesitate to call it an issue because it really wasn't), was the paint needs refreshing in the rooms.
We highly recommend Best Way Inn, and will gladly stay here again when we are in Madison!
