Amazing hotel! The location is prime, views and steps to the Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was attentive to our needs and made check in/out swift and seamless. Our room was an Arno-view room with a terrace and it was fabulous. A must-stay property in Firenze.
