While a good location, some things which need attention. Rooms are very dated- tub faucets in all rooms leak when off, some quick dripping, some 2+ gallons/hour so you have to close the bathroom door at night or the waterfall might keep you up. The toilets are old low-to-the-floor ones from 30+ years ago and you have to hold the handle down for almost 10 seconds to get a decent flush. Refrigerators work well, but they are filthy on top and rusty. There's very little counter space. It would be better if they moved the coffee makers and related paraphernalia to the top of the dresser below the TV and shifted it to the side so as to not block the screen, maybe, so you could at least prep your food on a usable counter. 2 of the 5 days the staff was unable to clean our 3 rooms the family had reserved, so had to ask for towels. The breakfast was ok, just sadly too little fruit to qualify as continental and the rest was all carbs (no eggs or sausage or anything like that or peanut butter to add some protein to bagels, but it was ok otherwise. I think the biggest problem was after W/TH, the Friday crowd came in (before the price hike) and brought with them obnoxious smelling weed. It was blowing out across the pool (the water was still very cold in it) and you could no longer sit on your balcony as you were inundated upon stepped out there. Obviously MD morons/legislators outweighed the intelligent citizenry to pass rec pot laws. But that's how the gov keeps people docile. Shame!

The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and clean. Everything worked as it should. Plus, great location for an easy walk to the beach with the grandkids. Will be back next year.

Staff was amazing n friendly from beginning to end. Always smiling n welcoming. Location is perfect n view from balcony was great..as we could see out towards the ocean from the side...read reviews about bed bugs, so I was extremely nervous n removed the sheets immediately but to my surprise the mattress was wrapped n they had done all the precautions to prevent bedbugs. We were in room 107.
