It was a beautiful property as soon as you walk in. On the first night I was in room 619 which is facing a McDonald's there on the island with a lot of kids yelling and screaming. Our flight was delayed and so I understand that it was late checking in and maybe one of the last rooms available. The next day we were changed to room 1954 which was on the higher floor less noise and the view was incredible. Like most hotel that are managed by Highgate money coming is always wanted but putting money in is hard. Putting micro Management ideologies. So they need to allow teams like hskp to extend their purchasing power. For linen, towels, curtains. It has nothing to do with the employees, managers its more of a company thing.Find engineering team or paint team for all the scuffs and marks. All employees that i experience where absolutely fantastic.Thank you to John i believe that was his name over night manager so professional, kind and definitely understood my concerns with my first room. My server at swell was great the wings were so good and my nieces loved their sliders with ff. The pool area is a must! Absolutely gorgeous views!

Beautiful hotel. Great location with shopping and restaurants close by. Beautiful beach right across the street. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Waikiki Beach.
