The service, the people, the clean hotel, the breakfast, always great. I don’t like having to pay extra to park, but that’s all the hotels along the river walk.
The hotel was a 15 minute or 20 minute walk, depending on your age to get to the restaurants and main area on the Riverwalk. Which can be too far for some people, especially when it’s hot. And you can’t drive downtown because there’s no parking so you almost have to walk or take an Uber.
Otherwise, we loved it.

It was my first time satying in Hyat place and it was amazing,clean ,breakfast was great,and staff were great. Definitely we will be back.
