I decided to do a one day vacay the property was extremely beautiful. Deborah checked she was wonderful. Room was clean pools were great, food good. After checking out the following day went to the restaurant to get a quick bite before heading home lol I only wanted a side of bacon and water. I asked a young lady could she let someone know that there are customers waiting. She says to she’s coming she the only person working. I said okay I do not think she knows people are out here. She goes in the kitchen comes back walked pass me I was like okay never said she said she’ll be right with you nothing . At this point I just walked away. Then she finally said oh she’ll be right with you . Spoke to someone at the front desk about how she was rude. All I was trying to get was a little communication. Maybe she was having bad morning. I will visit again other than that the stay was great .

Very nice property but it starts to feel like you getting nickled and dimed after awhile. You have to pay $20 a day to park and if you need to reprint a parking pass they want to charged you for that too and i just dont loke that when i paid so much just to stay there but other then that i enjoyed my time there

Excellent stay! Very clean, great location close to the outlets, shopping, and historic sites. Staff was delightful and made everything easy. Ford's Colony is beautiful and peaceful — we will be back!
