The property was in disrepair.
Parking lot was torn up. The roof in one building was damaged.
There was. Nobody to greet guests at the front desk!

The lady at the desk was friendly and showed me how the new door fob worked.

The TV did not work in my room and the beds were soft. The breakfast was quite minimal. The location was convenient with an excellent mexican restaurant within walking distance.
