Clean, staff were excellent and accommodating, great location close to train station and tram. All amenities are near by. There is a revolving restaurant on top but it was closed. Comfy beds. All toiletries and water provided

The lobby area is very nice and the property is clean. Very good breakfast buffet with mix of Western and Chinese offerings. Our room on the 18th floor was clean and comfortable, felt like a budget chain hotel in the US. The only negative the carpet and furnishings which are worn and could stand to be replaced. Staff at the front desk were helpful.
