One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back someday.

The room, the views, the location are fantastic ! We loved the building and ‘its feel’. The onsen / ofuro in our room sure was a highlight ! The staff was kind and helpful and the food just wonderful !

Just stayed at Raku Suisan, and it was pure bliss! This intimate retreat delivered the ultimate relaxation we were craving. From the moment we arrived, the serene atmosphere and stunning views of Mt. Yotei right from our room's private onsen and balcony were breathtaking. The free-flowing natural hot spring in every room helped us truly unwind and disconnect from everything. The dinner highlights were the French cuisine and teppanyaki—both beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly paced. If you're seeking peace, incredible mountain scenery, and top-notch hospitality in a quiet, luxurious setting, Raku Suisan is highly recommended.

**A wonderful stay — we'll definitely be back**
We had a truly lovely time at Raku Suisan. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious.
We were traveling with our one-year-old, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Their thoughtfulness made all the difference and let us relax and enjoy the trip.
The weather wasn't on our side during our visit, but the stay itself more than made up for it. We would absolutely return without hesitation. Highly recommended, especially for families with young children.
