Almost perfect, only the host in the night shift and the guard have a poor attitude just to open the gate at 5:30am just to push a simple button and that he’s job management need to take of this kind of situation because for those people with poor performance is the reason that we looked for other options in Reforma 😒

Everything worked great, it was like a mini apartment super spacious and with mini kitchen. The bed super comfortable etc. AC worked great no complaints.

The check in was at 3 PM. I arrived a bit early (2:30) and the front desk asked me to wait because he was not able to give me the room yet. However, a couple of ladies came after and they were accommodated right away. He was literally looking at me and 3:01 he called me, now it’s 3, I can give you the room..
secondly, the “white towels” were stained and dirty? I called to get clean towels… but they were yellowish and frayed…
