We missed the building initially, but just a quick tootle round the block and we were back on track, the reception staff were very friendly and informative. We were pleasantly surprised our apartment had been upgraded for free, allowing my teen to have some privacy. Car parking space was ideal. The views from our apartment (707) were absolutely fabulous. The apartment was clean and comfy, with everything we needed for our short stay. Great location for both the city centre and hot water comedy club. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again. The range of complimentary items were also much appreciated. A real home from home. Thank you for a fabulous overnight stay

Lovely place for family of 4 (kids 13 and 1) to have as a base for a short Liverpool trip. Very clean apartment. Friendly staff who gave us clear instructions about checking in, parking etc. Parking was an additional £30 odd for 2 nights but I felt it was worth it to avoid faff of going elsewhere. We contacted them on the day re parking and was fine but it is advised to contact ahead. Location walkable to Albert Dock, City Centre and central bus station. We went during summer heatwave and was quite warm in the apartment with one large fan in the living area. TVs were either temperamental or not working which wasn't an issue as we weren't there to sit and watch TV and kids have phones/tablets etc if they did need a bit of screen time! There was a false fire alarm night 1 but this was sorted quite quickly by the duty staff. We didn't use the kitchen facilities much but did appear that you'd have everything you would need. We would happily stay here again.

Booked a couple of days for sons graduation. Liverpool can be extremely expensive so paid about 110 a night. Is next to ablett house student accom and 5 mins into city. Fattoush is a nice restaurant just next door and a few bars just round the corner. Great location, good hotel, good choice.
