The property was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and excellent explanations. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.
The hot spring was also really nice. They change the men's/women's periodically, so make sure to experience both!
I especially appreciated the fine touches that gave me a small smile - the same artist who made the flower vases also made the coffee cups in the lounge :) And the coffee was excellent.

Lovely quiet spot away from the crowds in Yufuin, excellent food and fantastic service. The hotel is older but has been maintained. The rooms are simple but clean, large and comfortable. As all rooms in Japan there is limited places to put suitcases and unpack fully. Lobby and restaurant are beautiful and very modern.
Highly recommended.
