The staff is truly incredible. Our room attendant was so attentive and we could not have asked for a better view of lake Kawaguchiko. Truly Amazing!

My husband and I had such an amazing stay! We were in the Kohaku room with a semi-open air ones and traditional Japanese bedroom. Miki-san was our hostess for the evening and she was so kind and welcoming. The keiseki dinner is a must have! The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. We wish we would have stayed an extra night.
