I stumbled upon this VRBO when we realized at the last minute we didn't have hotel reservations for Alcorn homecoming weekend! I am SO glad we didn't have hotel reservations--this location was walking distance to all the alumni events for the weekend and it was so cute, cozy and clean! Getting in was easy and the host checked in on us upon arrival. We will definitely be back!

Two couples stayed at the elegant condo for an event. We walked to our lunch spot and then came back to our condo’s well equipped kitchen and mixed up libations. The evening walk to the next spot made for a super weekend for two couples.

Overall outstanding. An additional layer of window covering in front BR would be good as a lot of ambient light from sidewalk leaks in at night--but not a deal breaker. Kitchen was well stocked, probably better than I have seen elsewhere. Entry was a breeze. Highly recommend! and look forward to another stay

This was a great place for us. There were no stairs, and the place was spot on furnished. We just had to walk outside to find shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the river. Would stay again.

Owners are very friendly and offered many options for eating and bike riding. Downtown location was perfect.

We were just traveling thru Vicksburg & settled in quickly. Immaculately clean with every thing we needed. Wish we were there longer & hope to return to see more of the Vicksburg area. Would love to stay here when we return. And Debbie was so very easy to communicate with.

Debbie was so helpful and attentive to our needs! Offered many suggestions on dining, etc. The property is exactly as pictured. Clean, adorable property with a great location downtown. Walking distance to shopping and dining. We would absolutely stay there again!

Nice Stay!
Stayed at this location for a wedding, and had a nice time. Great location within walking distance of a lot of nice restuarants, etc. Not very private, as the bedrooms are not enclosed, but perfect for my purposes.

Almost perfect!
Everything about the stay was exactly as advertised. The place size and cleanliness were great. The only thing, and I mention it because we had our 17 month old with us, luckily he’s a heavy sleeper, but there must be an elevator next door that runs all night and you can hear it through the door/wall of the unit.
Other than that, location was great, near a splash pad and park. Communication with the owner was so easy and she was super helpful with local recommendations. I would rent here again.

Revitalizing Vibe
Definitely emanates the spirit of the riverfront/main street revitalization happening in Vicksburg. Beautifully renovated open apartment that maximizes space. Free standing walls provided enough privacy between the bedroom areas (one front/one back) and the kitchen/living space for us. Note: we are a couple traveling with an older adult relative. Super well stocked kitchen & bathroom. Perfect location for walking downtown & along the waterfront. Debbie was easy to reach, with good dining suggestions & accommodating with our requests.

Great Location and Great Hospitality
We loved staying in this amazing loft in the center of downtown Vicksburg. Cozy and accommodating space. I had a chance to meet with the owner and she was very lovely and had great ideas for dinner and fun.

Perfectly wonderful!
The lovely apartment is on historic Washington Street just a few blocks from the Vicksburg Convention Center where I was attending a conference. I walked back and forth. My fellow conference goerywere jealous of the full kitchen, two bedroom areas, and privacy.... like going home in the afternoon rather than to a hotel. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings, cabinetry and art!
Debbie and Craig are wonderful and very responsive to any question! They live upstairs above the apartment so you might get to meet them. I went for a run one morning and loved the historic downtown where the apartment is. There are historic markers at every turn.
Thanks Debbie and Craig! Lovely place! I hope to return soon and not have to work the whole time!

Great Apartment & Hosts in Historic Downtown Vicksburg!!
My wife and I and her parents thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The apartment is like new, clean and just as advertised. Debbie was extremely responsive to any of our questions or needs. Prior to arrival, she provided an extensive list of recommended activities and vendors with directions to each. No issues with parking, we were able to park right in front of the apartment the entire weekend, although we walked to most of the places. Perfect location in historic downtown with a number of restaurants that featured live music, local boutiques and shops all within a few blocks. Debbie and Craig were very accommodating and friendly hosts. They even invited us up onto their private rooftop deck for drinks on our last evening. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Vicksburg.

Wonderful place to stay!
In old downtown Vicksburg, this unit is close to great restaurants and scenery. The unit was perfectly decorated, immaculate and had everything stocked to meet our needs. Our host was most gracious! We would definitely visit again on a subsequent visit to Vicksburg!

Clean and comfortable apartment
The apartment was very clean, with enough space and nice furniture that was oohh so comfortable. The beds were nice also. The kitchen was also convenient, and we could find everything we needed including paper towel and orange juice in the refrigerator. We would stay here again while visiting in Vicksburg. Last, the location was historical and was nice with the river and friendly stores nearby.
