property was generally fine and the process was smooth.
However, the drain in the shower was partially blocked, with water collecting while showering to the degree I was worried it might overflow.
More seriously (and I only noticed this when packing up) the smoke detector was covered in plastic – it looks like this was prevent it from detecting smoke. Not sure whether that was because of a defective detector, or the previous occupant was smoking, but in any case it's a serious concern.
