The customer service is very well. They are quick in responses and very friendly. Although shuttle bus need to book in advance, the hotel is managed to arrange every booking. The shuttle bus is on time and driver is very nice.

The room itself was nice. Very quaint. But the sink leaked, nobs on the shower doors fell off and ants were readily present.
The property looked tired and rundown. I could tell at one time it was a modern type resort, however, time has not been kind to the facilities. Grass was overgrown, bushes were untrimmed, sidewalks were covered with moss and weeds.
The staff was nice, but due to the remoteness of the property we had to rent a taxi to go pick up a pizza we tried to get delivered.
I am not adverse to staying here again, but I would explore other options first.
