The facility is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and strained attained. Breakfast is limited with western style but lots of Japanese. I am hoping this can be improve. The location is fantastic though parking is a little inconvenient considering it is in the central of the city, it is acceptable.

Convenient location located in Tenmonkan. Staff were mostly friendly, however they will refuse to assist with sending luggage to the airport (including writing the Yamato slip) because it's their rules and will send you to the nearby Family Mart. Breakfast buffet selection was good. Rooms were large and spacious.

Superb newish hotel in the center of downtown in Tenmonkan. Lots of things to do nearby. Tram and bus stops 1-2 minute walk away. Extremely clean as can be expected from this chain. The breakfast was top notch and the views from the 15th floor breakfast area mind-blowing. The only issue was that the bathroom was too big which ate into the bedroom space.
