Everything worked in the room, the snack/ breakfast area was available all day and kept up, the shower had great pressure and volume, and all of the staff that I encountered were all polite and spoke English. We stayed in multiple hotels during this trip and this was the best, easily, without any hesitation or doubt.

This has been nicely upgraded. This was very clean and the check in staff was very friendly. The pool is on the small side. This is an extremely easy drive to Okoboji and was worth the drive. If you are looking for 4 star, move along. If you are looking for cleanliness and friendly staff, this is your place.
