Staff were very polite and helpful.
The triple room was very good size for three adults - only negative for the room would be the curtains were too light and the room wasn’t very dark.
Quiet hotel, didn’t hear other guests.
Excellent location for the train station, metro or even walking into the city centre.

We arrived with tons of baggage so wanted something close to the train station but not skanky.......this hotel was great! Cute courtyard, rooms were a bit small but fine overall. The only thing is that the elevator stops in between floors so if stairs are an issue for you, get a room on the first floor. Location was good.

Our twin room was certainly cosy, but had what we needed for the days we were in Copenhagen. Ideal location for Station and Tivoli. With rest of city within walking distance. Fridge was so tiny and toppled - was an art to use it and keep it upright! Beds were comfortable.
