This place was clean and a good price. Right by the beach and the a/c worked very well, wifi seemed to work too, but I didn't use it a ton. However, it is definitely a bare-bones, budget option. I did not have hot water and only had a thin top sheet on my bed, which was not warm enough. I asked for a blanket, and was given another top sheet. Be aware that the restaurant next door has live music some nights, so it may be very loud until 10:30-11pm those evenings. If you go to bed early, this might not be the spot for you. As a place to stay for one night before checking into my airbnb, it was perfectly fine, but I personally wouldn't stay there for longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to markets and restaurants. The breakfasts were quite good. The hotel did not look old, and everything was in good condition, including the furniture, equipment, ventilation, and air conditioning system.
During our vacation, we stayed in three different rooms. One room did not have a mosquito net on the window, while the other two did. In one room, the shower sprayer did not work properly. It would also be more convenient if all rooms had drying racks for clothes, as there was nowhere to dry them. These small issues prevented me from giving a higher rating.
I would recommend this hotel, especially for a vacation for two. In terms of price and quality, it is a very good hotel.

The staff was friendly and the room was what we needed. It was clean, had air conditioning, and it was close to the beach, stores and restaurants.

This is a clean basic room.
There was an issue with ZERO email update to get a passcode to get inside the room with an reception person at the front desk.
Luckily, When I arrived there was an agent there to help hand me a key.
Once inside the room ---Everything else went smoothly
