The staff was amazing they are the ones that make the hotel worth it
The full size bedrooms are not equipped with everything it needs
There’s a closet, but no hangers
Tv but no control
The bed was not comfortable but I did ask for a change and they were so nice about it, the room I received was 100% better with a bigger bed and more comfortable

i paid for a room with balcony , the room didn’t have refrigerator. no view , it was not clean , the bathroom by the pool area was dirty , stinky, the pool looks dirty. nada he pictures the have in booking is nothing like what you will see when you arrived to the hotel
