I stayed at Hotel Checkin El Cortecito for 7 days. Confusion around the name of the hotel to start with. It was originally called Green Coast Hotel...changed its name to Hotel Checkin El Cortecito...not to be confused with Hotel Checkin El Cortecito Beach!.
Conversing in English was challenging...but with the help of a translation app everything I needed was taken care of with a smile. Delenny was ever so willing to help with anything i needed...she is a star.
Breakfast was included...it was basic ...no frills. Tided me over 'till lunch.
Accomodation was adequate...kinda "shabby chic without the chic"
Walk to the beach was mentioned as 5,min(I was wary)..more like 10 but not a problem...hey...I'm on holiday!
Housekeeping seemed to be on an "ask for it"system.
Air conditioner wirked perfectly...television not at all...but i wouldnt have watched it anyway...i was toooo busy at the fabulous beaches all within walking distance...some not so easy to find...but...they are all attached.
Fir the price and location...cant be beat!!
Gotta catch my flight home

The staff called Michael and some guys were so kind and attentive to me. I got some problems at the hotel, but whenever I ask them to fix it, they tried to do everything I wanted. Especially, when I wanted to take a taxi from this hotel to different hotel that I was going to stay, Michael was so helpful. It was worth it, I’d recommend this hotel to tourists for sure
