Terribly noisy.

Good location close to the restaurants and walking distance from the beach. The building door and windows have bars for extra security.

Pretty small units, but the biggest problem is the noise, there is a bar right behind the rooms that plays very loud music until 2am, then at 7am construction work starts so forget about getting a good night of sleep. The bathroom light was not working, but they fixed it the next day. They only provide 1 toilet paper roll, you want more you go buy some at the super market. The toilet flush was faulty, after every flush i had to open up the toilet and unstick the mechanism so that it would fill up with water again. The reception closes very early, so if you need anything you have to wait until the next day. The AC makes a lot of noise when turned on. The hotel is not very easy to find, there is a sign but its not very visible. Pretty expensive considering all this.

horrible location right above the noisiest street with the music blasting until 3am! the windows are not closing so nothing block the noise. no hot water. That is unliveable conditions

Staff was very friendly and helpful even if they didn't speak much English, they tried and we got by. Hotel was close to the beaches, not many people checked in so most of the time we had the living room/balcony for ourselves.

Hotel was right above a restaurant which was BLASTING music every night until about 4AM. My 60 year old mom was not happy.

Great location. Loud music and poor cleaning.

It was clean and comfortable, and the location was close to the beach with lots of restaurants around.

There was loud "music" blasting very loud every night. It always stopped before midnight, but it is impossible to fall asleep before then. The other thing I must point out is that we noticed one of the cleaners using one of the kitchen cooking pots as a cleaning bucket to clean the kitchen. We used the same pot to cook with the night before.

Good, would stay again.

Location is fine with plenty of restaurants around. Beach 5 min by walk. Lady in the reception is awesome, will help you with all. Room clean. Affordable price. Would stay again.

if you check-in after 10pm, you will be charged 20$. Kitchen could be cleaner and noise in the evening from the pub/bar outside the hotel. In shower needed to turn the warm water on by yourself, it's being off. Apart from this all ok.

I do not recommend, it is better that you book somewhere else

Located above some bars, very very noisy. There was no hot water in the shower - something that was not said anywhere, neither when I arrived nor on booking. It was only when I complained that there was no hot water that I was informed that it was a shower without hot water.

A place to sleep over. That’s it.

Room was spacious, AC was good, and there is a spacious common area with a balcony. Location is great very close to the beach as well as bars, retaurants and shops.

It’s pretty run down, much more than you’d think. Cleaning was not up to the standards and I say that as a backpacker with a high degree of tolerance. The toilet was clogged when I arrived and I almost threw up when I open the toilet seat. My room was just above a bar so don’t expect peace and quiet 24/7. It feels like whoever owns the place wants to squeeze every single penny by investing as little as possible. I wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice for the same price

Nancy was the best! She is a very helpfull person. Thanks for all Nancy! The location is good, only two minutes walk to the beach.

There was no maximum cleaning. The existing dishes could not be used, they were dirty. The bathroom was small. Poor quality windows. The apartments should be renovated.

I went on a island tour and my family(which is in another country) couldn’t reach me and got so worried and they called the hotel and the staff helped them to find me a lot, The staff is so sweet and helpful. Location was great middle of the restaurants and bars, 3 minutes walking to the beach.

There was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage to the fourth floor. There was no water at the night they cut the water. And also there was no water to drink in the room as well but the rest was great

It was clean. The lobby was nice. There are shared couches and a shared kitchen.

It was a shared bathroom on the top floor with no lift. There are no blankets. It has really loud music at the restaurants around there and it was hard to sleep.

Perfect beach and party location!

Hotel is beautiful and very well located. Rooms are well equipped, cozy and air-conditioned. There's safe deposit box and TV there. Balcony to chill and common area including kitchen. It's been monitored and has three entrances for safety. Location is very central and near the beach. Over pubs and restaurants so be aware of the noise at night, perfect for people who like to go out. Staff is nice and helpful. Bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped. Area felt safe, shop is just downstairs just like bars, pubs and restaurants. It's worth visiting.

Amazing stay

Well trained staff (I barely experienced this exception in whole Dominican Republic). 2 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants, Mini Market are downstairs.

Loud music from 20:00 to 00:00 every night, from restaurants downstairs.
