Me gustó el area de la piscina y el jardín, estaban limpio y relajante. La seguridad del parqueo y muchos espacios para parquear. La atención de la recepción fue agradable y amable. La habitación es espaciosa. El agua caliente de la tina es 10/10. El aire acond. Funcionaba perfecto. Buena ubicación y fácil de llegar.
Había cucarachitas y otros insectos de aspecto dudoso. La cama se hunde en el medio y eso hace que no sea cómoda. Se debe mejorar la limpieza porque encontramos un limón el piso y el baño olia a orines y deben hacer fumigación profunda. El personal de la cocina nos atendieron con una actitud como molesta o por obligación. En otras ocasiones que hemos venido nos han tratado con amabilidad y agrado, pero ahora fue como de mala gana. No nos ofendieron con palabras, pero la actitud no fue La mejor.
