The room is clean and comfortable. The onsens are a bit small though it states as big onsen. Bearkfast is fine with less varieties. The staff at front desk with English speaking is very nice and helpful.

enjoyable stay....good food...friendly staff...free shuttle arrangement to/from station...near the river and red bridge...can borrow the bicycle at no cost

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and remembered us when we came back for a second time. We were able to safely store our two bikes in their office which was very important to us. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was great and close to restaurants. Highly recommend!
