This was our first time staying at a different property in 20+ years as we’ve always stayed in the same rental house every year. The hotel itself was very clean, very well maintained & walking distance to shopping/attractions. Our condo, located inside the hotel was very clean upon arrival. I don’t have anything negative to say about our stay, but I do have two recommendations. The paint that’s used to paint the inside of the condo, was bubbled up & peeling off in a few noticeable areas. One being the back of the main door, I kept a box fan blowing toward the main door, not knowing the air from the box fan would cause the paint to rip off (where the paint was bubbled up) and bubbled up/peeling paint on the folding doors where the washing machine/dryer is. We also had a bolt to fall out from under the foot stool & couldn’t figure out how to put the bolt back since our hands were too big to reach inside the stool. So upon departure, I left a note with the bolt so it could be fixed. Overall, it’s a very nice condo & would highly recommend to future visitors. In fact, I’ve made this my favorite condo for future visits. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

Very pleasant experience. The condo was clean and smelled very good, has a beautiful view from the beach. The staff was very helpful when we needed. We will be back.

Excellent resort!!! Property was clean inside and out. Great oceanfront views even witnessed a romantic proposal on the beach!!! Loved the hotel tub and the lazy river. Our unit was perfect!!! They taught of everything. Super clean and cozy. Had granite countertops, a nice counter split sink, a dishwasher with 2 sample sizes of dishwasher cleaner plus a sponge, a garbage disposal, stackable washer and dryer with 2 sample sizes of detergent, plenty of wristbands to wear when in the pool area, plenty of towels and washcloths, plenty of sample size toiletries, plenty of sheets, pillows with pillowcases and blankets, nice laminate floors, two comfy barstools, dinette set that seated 4 people, pull-out couch, Murphy bed, two queen beds and two sitting chairs, two tests, one DVD player, plenty of coasters, nice great HVAC, microwave, stove and refrigerator/freezer all worked great. Included a coffee and pod maker, plenty of silverware, pots with lids, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, nice decor. Great text communication.Never needed to ask for assistance because everything was organized and detailed. Nice patio area with two chairs plus a table. Our unit overlooked the outside pool, hot tub and lazy river. Felt very safe and secure at and around the resort. Parking was great even during the busy Memorial Day weekend. Couldn't really hear all the street noise from inside the unit. Can't say enough about it. Atlantica will be our go-to resort from now on. Highly recommend!!!
