Used the hotel for a visit to Florence. It is a short walk from the main railway station and the city centre is also walkable.
If arriving to the city prior to advertised check-in or leaving after check out they do hold luggage so allow the visitor to explore the city unburdened.
The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The lift is small but adequate, though you may need to wait. The breakfast, which is held in the basement was a typical self-serve style with some items available for order.
Absolutely no complaints and I'd be more than happy to use again. Happy to recommend to anyone visiting Florence, though probably not ideal for anyone wanting an accessible hotel - I wouldn't describe it as wheelchair friendly.

This was our second stay at The Hotel Embassy, we were not disappointed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and welcoming. A good choice for breakfast plus being within walking distance of major attractions. We look forward to going back again. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel to others, it deserves 5*
rating.
