Our stay was perfect - I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. I checked out twice - paid my bill the night before leaving and next morning the day we left. We had a light in-room breakfast since we left early. A couple of days later I received an e-mail from room service asking me for 36.000 extra yens that they forgot to charge me. I am still on vacation but I think that this is very unprofessional from their part. That is not good customer service at all specially for the price I paid !
