It was what I expected

Shower was slightly stained in bottom and barely drained. Shower was damp from assumed cleaning prior to check-in. Sheets were slightly stained. Trim and accents in room were cracked in various places or coming apart. Bathroom shelf was falling off wall. A/C worked but struggled. Fridge has piece of cardboard(?) wedged under the front corner to keep it level.
But: staff were awesome, location is great for access to Grand Haven hotspots, and room was very very cheap relative to other options.

The room smelled funny, i did not like that, everything else was ok. The staff was polite but not interactive,. Great location, great price.
