The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a type of hotel that keeps your keys when you leave. Which isn't a problem for me. There's a 24hr front desk attendant. The beach view rooms are worth it. Great views.

We love this place so much!! Charming and with lots of character. This place offers authentic Italian Sicilian vibes with an amazing sea view, and the beach is across the street. Right next to the cable car is very convenient.
We came for our honeymoon, and we had the best time. The staff is friendly.
If you expect luxury and modernity, this is not the place for you. But that Italian charm and the location are what we loved about this hotel.
I highly recommend it.
