Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The check-in process was poor. We did not receive the access code before after arrival and had to call several times before we were finally able to get into the apartment. After a long journey, this was a very frustrating way to start our stay. In addition, the dishwasher was not working. We reported the issue, but it was never repaired during our stay, which was disappointing in a self-catering apartment. Another issue was that the bed linen provided for the sofa bed was for a single bed and did not fit. The correct bed linen was not delivered until the day after we arrived, making the first night unnecessarily inconvenient. The apartment itself was otherwise fine, but these basic issues and the lack of timely support significantly affected our overall experience. We expect check-in to be smooth, appliances to be in working order, and the correct bedding to be available upon arrival.
