I stayed for 4 nights. I did not experience any issues at all. Smooth check in, clean room, clean and nice restroom, and was able to get good sleep. The staff was really nice and very attentive. When I would arrive after hours, the greeter at the door would get up and meet me outside with the door open. The hotel smelled great. They had free fruit around the hotel everyday. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Easy walk to the historic center. Convenient location to get to museums and to the historic center shops. Would recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed everything. You only get one room key so that made things more difficult when our group needed to split up. Everything else was very nice
