Beautiful location right on the water!

Our family (7 people 3 rooms) had a great stay.
The facility is very clean and up to date. The rooms are spacious with the air conditioning working wonderfully!
The beach is as advertised, small, but a cove. Crystal clear water, and great sand lent for a wonderful beach stay, our first time in the region.
Parking is tight, and the road to get there is “slightly” a one lane that supports 2 directional cars, all part of the adventure…. Go slow and remember you are in Italy!
We had one snafu which was expensive. 2 of the 7 people met us at the hotel (different flight/car). I bought the family’s hotel rooms, Expedia only allowed me to book 5 people (and rooms). The 2 extra people (in the same rooms) cost us $1,000 for 3 nights! That seemed unfair to me.

Only one restaurant with limited options that barely change. The food was HORRIBLE. they should be ashamed trying to pass this off as italian cuisine. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else.
Also the property has no beach. the picture is very decieving. you cant swim in those coves, its just rocks with a bit of water.
you can go left or right to try an swim but this stretch of beach is all rocks regardless.
The property was very small, 27 rooms only, and quiet. Very CLEAN! and very well maintained.
if your looking for a sleepy place to spend a few days this is your place. just go eat somwhere else.
