This was an excellent stay . The property is very well maintained . Is a complete one bedroom apartment with kitchen , living room and from yard . The host and owner is Paula , she is a grandma with a lot energy , willing to help you with anything. We sat there for 6 days to visit the Tuscany . You need a car to be here because is very central for most of the small and medien town here . Siena is about 10 km , a little further Montepulciano , Montalcino , Arezzo , San Gimignano , Pienza , Valterra y Cortona all about 40min , 1 or 1 and 1/2 hour from here . The value for the money is great . Be aware you need a car here , and buy some groceries from a Conad market from 2 km from here . Not convenient store walking distance . Overall this is was a great stay , and again , thank to Paula , we greatly appreciate your hospitality !

We loved our stay here. Paola who oversees the property is such a lovely hard working woman.
The view is magical and was the Tuscany experience we were looking for. It is not far from the old city and parking. It is 5 minute drive to a supermarket. The space was clean and cozy with lots of storage in the studio. The outdoor patio was lovely with a table, umbrella and loungers. We especially appreciated the full efficient kitchen. It is an older establishment but well maintained. There was a washing machine available for use. We would recommend this property for a rural experience within 15 minute drive of the old town of Siena.
