Everything was fine but I have experienced clogging in the drain of my bathtub. I think someone should fix this issue.

I ended up booking this hotel last minute after checking into a different hotel that was not clean and unsuitable to stay in. The staff were very friendly and the private room was just what I needed. I also used the laundry facilities which were clean and had three machines available.

The staff are very nice and helpful, and the room is quite spacious compared to most hotels in Japan at the same tier. It is also very clean and comfortable. There is also a souvenir shop near the reception with very reasonable prices, making it super convenient to buy gifts and take them straight back to your room.
