Very spacious and modern apartment. I forgot to take my cell phone while checking out, the staff kept it properly and inform me immediately ๐. We missed the place and will come back definitely.

I would give a 5 stars if the staff could send me the check in instruction on time and before check in time.
I had to use Expedia customer service to contact the Hotel staff and get the door code.

Very decent hotel in modern jap style. Warm services, dust free room clean. Free spring and snacks. 2 minutes walk from Beppu Station. Just perfect.
