Room cleaning service provided daily. Staffs are friendly. Location is near to hamamatsucho station, walking distance is about 5-10mins . The best i think is the dry clean machine in the room. And travellers who wanted to have the tokyo tower may try to leave a message . Unfortunately i didn't get the room view. Shall try again for my next trip.

The stay was really good. The breakfast was amazing. Only downside: the room was super small, you wouldn’t fit more than two suitcases comfortably in there.

What made the experience excellent was one young staff member who went out of his way to deal with a mistake ai made in booking. We had three in our party but I reserved a room for two. The staff member worked for a half hour to get an other room ready, complete with making bed and bathroom ready.
We had a room on the 14th floor facing Tokyo Tower, a treat at night.
It’s a basic hotel with minimalist facilities but a good place to have an economical stay in Tokyo.
