The apartment is in an excellent location, close to museums, parks, restaurants, and a lively, trendy part of town. The building itself is brand new, modern, and has 24/7 security. The apartment is on the 11th floor, with a wonderful view of the city.
Inside, the apartment looks just like the photos and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Entry is easy with a keypad, so there’s no need to carry or worry about losing keys. The beds were very comfortable, with soft pillows and hotel-style comforters, and the blackout curtains made the rooms great for sleeping. The bathrooms were also well stocked with nice shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
One thing to note is that, even from the 11th floor, some street noise is still noticeable at night. It didn’t bother me personally, but my friend found it difficult to fall asleep because of the noise, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. The apartment also does not have AC or central heating. There are ceiling fans in every room, which help with warmer weather, but there were no heaters available when it got cold. Adding heaters would make the apartment more comfortable. I personally had no issue with the temperature, but my friend felt cold and requested a heater; unfortunately, it took two days for the concierge to bring one, which was frustrating for her. She also mentioned that the stove did not work, though I did not check it myself. Finally, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom, so it’s worth bringing one.
