This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If this review helps only one family it will be worthwhile. The staff are fantastic but are let down hugely by the facilities. The room was dated, mouldy, had broken appliances and in desperate need of a refresh. There are two rooms that can accommodate our family of 4 and one of them I would describe as uninhabitable. Honestly, I believe that UK prisons are more hospitable. The expansive kitchen means utensils are stored under the TV and there is barely room to make anything. The bathroom was appalling with broken units, dated equipment, mouldy grouting, rusty bath ware, a storage heater, taped together hairdryers, I could go on but I won’t. There were breakers exposed which is not ideal with children as they were light switch height. The air con made a horrendous noise and made a metal on metal noise all night. I would strongly suggest you avoid this place unless you absolutely have to or want to experience “roughing it”.
