Wonderful breakfasts in a great garden setting. Multiple-generational family hosts were very helpful and friendly. Quiet and clean rooms, library and outdoor patio. Just a great overall atmosphere and experience.

Excellent location hosts and breakfast!

If we come back to Milan, this is definitely where we will stay. Conveniently located traditional B&B with spacious, clean, well-appointed rooms. and superior breakfast. What makes this place special is the family running it. Super helpful, friendly people who go out of their way to help you. They even woke up early to prepare a delicious to-go bag when we had to catch an early train. Oh, and there's a beautiful garden in the back. Who knew this place existed so close to the main train station? What a treasure.

What an excellent place to stay, it only has two guest rooms in a family run/owned delightful house 10 minutes walk from Milan Central train station. We were met at the house by Flavia, the daughter of the owners and hosts, Fulvio and Teodora. All three were so welcoming and delightful, nothing was too much trouble. Fulvio and Teodora served us breakfast each morning, sat outside in their garden in wonderful sunshine. Our room was very spacious, and spotlessly clean with plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and drawers. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom even had additional items such as face wipes, tissues, make-up remover etc. The room is air conditioned. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no fridge. A couple of things to be aware of, the guest rooms are at the top of the house, accessed by two sets of spiral staircases which guests with mobility issues would find difficult to negotiate. Also, Comune di Milano has introduced a tourist tax which applies to hotels, B&B’s etc, the rate depends on the type of accommodation and duration of your stay. For our visit, the tourist tax was Euro 9,50 per person per night, paid in cash.
