Convenient location not too far from the ferries, shopping, bus stops, and MRT. Per Hong Kong law, they cannot provide specific amenities, but there was a healthy supply of toothbrushes, combs, slippers, and toothpaste.
Staff was helpful and spoke English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The lobby and rest of the building was nice and cool, and the lobby provides hot and cold water for refills, as well as free coffee. They will also store your luggage before and a little after checking in and out.
Rooms were generously furnished with plenty of storage and charging ports for devices. The bathroom was clean and had a separate shower stall which, especially in Hong Kong, is greatly appreciated. The bathroom door is frosted in a way that doesn't show what's happening on the inside. What's nice is that the A/C is always on because the smoke alarms in the building are sensitive. Either way, there wasn't the usual mugginess that you might find in a humid-environment hotel. I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever in Hong Kong.

Cramped location, but acceptable. It's Asia. I know.i arrived on the G floor. Receptuon is on the 1st floor. They offered toothbrushes and slippers. The room was an adequate size for me. Everythint was clean and I had a nice view of the street. Truly, I have no negative comments. I'd stay here again. It was just a 6 minute walk with moving walkway to Old Bailet street.
