I was there for my baby’s pre-k graduation in May. Probably the best stay I’ve had in Fl. The staff were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME from the time I got in there they helped me with early check in cos my flight schedule was weird, they were sooooo attentive to my EVERY need, they made me feel like a Miami billionaire on vacation lol. The valet was AWESOME they really have great customer service skills, I mean I really don’t know what someone can say negative about this place.
Actually my only regret is I was there for such a short time I didn’t get to experience the pool and outside bar but with what they’ve shown me I will DEFINITELY be booking my next trip to Fort Lauderdale over there.

Great one might stay before a cruise. TIP it is cheaper to uber to port than use the hotel shuttle. Highly recommended this hotel!

Great location to stay prior to going on a cruise. The free airport pickup was great. We arranged our ride to the port and from the port to the airport right there at the hotel. The staff was vrery friendly and super helpful. I can't rememebr his name, but the bartender is superb! Very creative and great to talk to.
