Shower head had issues. This is 5 star hotel, and these are a basic requirements.

This hotel is located in a business district a good 10 minute walk to the tram stop for travelling into town
Unfortunately the bedroom windows were all blocked by wire caging which restricted any views
Breakfast food quality was very good. Beds were large & very comfortable. Hotel was very clean & staff at reception were excellent. We were not aware of the dining room located on the first floor until we were leaving which looked very good.

Good and friendly staff. Free self parking for VIP members. Lots of restaurants around. Close to the wine museum. Quick uber to train station or airport.
