Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord.
Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though.

Lovely stay. The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi. The breakfast was great, all staff at the restaurant made their best to serve us. Definitely recommend it

The location is excellent, within walking distance to a local shopping arcade and another high end shopping plaza.
The room was small and full of cigarette smell.
The bathroom and toilet were below average, with no ventilation fan. The water heater could not keep the water temperature consistently. Water was sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold.
