The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. There was even complementary chicken noodle soup and chocolate chip cookies. The breakfasts were great. Hot good food that was a perfect way to start each day. The location was ideal. We were within a couple minutes walk from everything (shops, the lake, restaurants, boat tours and ice cream shops). We will be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lake Geneva.

I always enjoy staying at the Mill Creek. A great place and terrific location, easy walking distance to everything downtown. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so welcoming. The breakfasts are amazing, love the burritos! Thank yoi for a wonderful stay as always.
